李宏俊，男，博士，研究员，海洋生态室副主任。2004年本科毕业于厦门大学海洋生物学专业，2009年在中国科学院海洋研究所获得博士学位。2017年入选原国家海洋局“海洋领域优秀科技青年”，2020年入选生态环境部“国家生态保护专业技术青年拔尖人才”。主要从事海洋生态监测评价和海洋生物多样性保护等相关技术研究。

先后主持10余项，其中包括主持国家重点研发计划课题1项、国家自然科学基金2项等。负责国家典型海洋生态系统健康监测方案和质量控制方案设计，国家公报相关内容编制，以及相关监测技术及管理方法研究。目前已在国内外学术期刊发表论文40余篇，其中第一作者和通讯作者论文33篇。
