高 范

高范,男,正高级工程师,硕士生导师,科技处副处长。入选“辽宁省百千万人才工程”万层次人才、大连市青年科技之星、大连市本地青年才俊,兼任辽宁省海洋学会秘书长、中国太平洋学会海洋生态环境监测分会理事、大连理工大学研究生校外实践指导教师、山东省科技创新专家、大连市科技创新专家。

专业领域为海洋生态环境治理与修复、海洋生态环境管理。

主持国家重点研发计划课题、大连市高层次人才项目、中央引导地方发展资金项目等科研项目10余项,发表学术论文30余篇(其中SCI论文篇13篇、EI论文2篇),授权发明/实用新型专利4项,软件著作权5项。作为主要执笔人/主要完成人编制各类研究报告、工作报告30余项(获部长批示1项),参与制定管理规章制度11项。
