王震，男，中共党员，工学博士，研究员，综合处副处长，国家海洋生态环境监测质量控制首席责任专家，全国环境监测方法标准化技术委员会委员，联合国项目管理办公室海洋环境监测咨询专家。辽宁省“百千万人才工程”百层次人选（2018）、德国亥姆霍兹材料与海岸带研究所（HZG）访问学者。

主要从事近海和极地新兴污染物的多介质环境行为研究，以及海洋生态环境监测质量控制工作。先后主持国家极地专项1项、国家自然科学基金3项、国际合作项目2项和部委基金、重点实验室开放基金等6项；参与多项海洋公益科研专项、国家重点研发专项和国家自然科学基金等研究与技术开发工作。发表论文40多篇，其中，SCI论文27篇，他引超千次。成果获评海洋科学技术奖、辽宁省科技论文奖。多次参加南北极科考，先后获极地科学优秀论文奖，所在部门（海洋化学室）被人社部和国家海洋局评为“中国极地考察先进集体”。
